Job Description

We are looking for a Component Engineer who can join immediately and is based in Chennai. The ideal candidate must have an educational background strictly in EEE or ECE and possess strong analytical abilities with a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and select electronic components based on technical requirements.
• Maintain component libraries, datasheets, and documentation.
• Work closely with design engineers to ensure component compatibility.
• Track component lifecycle, availability, and obsolescence.
• Coordinate with suppliers for component specifications and alternatives.
• Support PCB design teams with component-related inputs.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and reliability guidelines.

Mandatory Requirements

• Must be an immediate joiner.
• Must currently reside in Chennai (no relocation).
• Qualification limited to: B.E / B.Tech in EEE or ECE only.
• Strong understanding of electronic components (active and passive).
• Ability to read and interpret datasheets and technical documents.
• Good analytical and problemsolving skills.
• Basic knowledge of PCB design tools (Altium, OrCAD, Eagle added advantage).
