A leading financial services group headquartered in New Delhi is strengthening its Company Secretarial & Regulatory Compliance teams across NBFC, HFC, AIF and PPI/PA businesses.

We are looking for mature, business-oriented professionals who bring not just technical expertise but also excellent communication skills, stakeholder management ability, ownership mindset, and a positive, collaborative attitude.

Open Positions:

1) Chief Compliance Officer (AVP/VP* Regulatory Compliance & AML | Housing Finance)

* 15 years experience approx (of which around 5 yrs in Housing Finance Companies )

* Budget: Flexible

2) Manager / Assistant Manager Company Secretarial (NBFC)*

* 46 years experience in CS matter

3) CCO (Sr. Manager / AVP) PPI / PA Business

* Strong hands-on RBI interface experience mandatory

* 1012 years experience

4) Trainees / Interns (Stipend- Best in the Industry)

*Preferably CS/CA/ICWA-qualified candidates

*Meritorious and well groomed candidates with passion for corporate world/ corporate laws are the key requirement.

Eligibility: for permanent roles :

CS / ICMA / CA / LLB (3-year or 5-year full-time) / MBA / Engineers / Commerce Graduates

(Relevant experience is key)
