Job Description
Our client, a leading Investment Bank is looking to hire a qualified Company Secretary with 610 years of post-qualification experience for their Mumbai Office .
The role involves managing end-to-end compliance under SEBI regulations (including Merchant Banking, ICDR, LODR, Takeover Code), handling regulatory filings stock exchanges, supporting IPOs and other capital market transactions etc.
Prior experience in a merchant bank is highly preferred.
