We are looking for a Compliance Officer for one of the Leading Financial Services Firm based at GIFT City.

Location: GIFT City (Work From Office 5 Days)

Key Responsibilities:

Assisting in compliance related to FME and SEZ regulations for GIFT City

Ensuring timely and accurate periodic filings as per SEZ and IFSCA regulations

Coordinating with Administrator, Bank Custodian, Clients, and internal teams

Reviewing and drafting Fund Documents, Constitutional Documents, and Policies

Supporting AML compliance processes

Requirements:

Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience

CS or LLB qualification preferred

Strong understanding of IFSC regulatory framework

Skill Set:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and compliance processes

Must have IFSC knowledge
