About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic professional who is a Chartered Accountant (CA)/ Company
Secretary (CS) to lead compliance and manage finance functions for our Fund operations in GIFT
City. This is a dual-role position involving regulatory compliance under IFSCA/SEBI and fullspectrum finance & accounts management.
Qualifications
Professional qualification (CA/CS) with 3 years post qualification experience in
compliance and risk management in a listed company or an entity regulated by a financial
sector regulator
Proficiency in accounting systems and MS Excel.
Preference to candidates with knowledge of IFSCA, SEBI (AIF/FME) regulations, SEZ
compliances and Indian tax laws.
Excellent analytical skills, integrity, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
