Job Description
Ensure compliance with SEBI regulations, SEBI LODR (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements), Companies Act, listing obligations, and other statutory requirements for listed entities. Experience in manageing multiple company subsidiaries Organize quarterly committee / board meetings, AGM and ensure timely corporate actions, if any Manage end to-end regulatory filings, investor communications, tax compliance, and stock exchange disclosures related to distribution, ensuring transparency and governance standards are upheld. Manage compliance and secretarial functions across multiple subsidiaries and SPVs. Advise the Board and senior management on governance, compliance, and regulatory matters. Draft, review, and implement compliance policies, SOPs, and framework Support Board and Committee meetings with documentation, minutes, and statutory records. Track regulatory changes, assess impact, and drive timely implementation. Provide compliance oversight for transactions involving commercial real estate and REIT structures The Successful Applicant
