Position: Manager, Compliance
Job Description:
We are seeking a Senior Manager, Compliance to support the continued development of Mobileums global Compliance Program, with primary responsibility for third-party due diligence, compliance monitoring, and risks related to sanctions, trade, and export controls. Reporting to the VP Compliance, this role will lead the design and operation of Mobileums Third-Party Due Diligence (TPDD) and monitoring framework globally.
Roles & Responsibility:
- Design, implement, and manage a risk-based Third-Party Due Diligence (TPDD) program.
- Conduct third-party risk assessments and enhanced due diligence for higher-risk third parties.
- Assess and manage sanctions, trade, and export-control compliance risks in third-party relationships.
- Develop and execute compliance monitoring and internal controls testing activities.
- Identify control gaps, recommend remediation actions, and track closure of findings.
- Partner with Procurement, Legal, Finance, Sales to embed third-party compliance controls.
- Provide structured input into the enterprise compliance risk assessment process.
- Support customer audits and regulatory inquiries related to third-party risk management.
- Monitor regulatory developments affecting sanctions, trade, and export controls.
- Develop and deliver targeted, risk-based compliance training and communications for employees and relevant third parties.
- Advise senior leadership on compliance risks, investigation outcomes, and remediation strategies.
Technical Skills/Functional Skills:
- Strong expertise in third-party risk management and due diligence.
- Working knowledge of sanctions, trade, and export-control regulations (US/EU/UK).
- Experience with compliance monitoring and controls testing.
- Demonstrated experience leading enterprise compliance risk assessments.
- Excellent stakeholder management and ability to influence across functions and regions.
- Strong written and verbal communication; high-quality documentation and reporting skills.
- Strong analytical and documentation skills.
Work Experience:
1015 years of experience in compliance, third-party risk management, trade compliance, or related fields.
Educational Qualification:
Bachelors degree required; advanced degree (Masters/JD) and/or compliance certifications preferred.
