Expereince: 4+ years
Role Highlights:
Hands-on experience in Research Regulations
Prior exposure to SEBI / Stock Exchange inspections
Independently handling SEBI/Stock Exchange queries related to Research & Broking (transaction-related)
Interpreting regulatory circulars, updating business teams & ensuring implementation
Monitoring NISM certifications for the Research team
Coordination with regulators for periodic submissions & reporting
Oversight of Insider Trading compliances
Handling Investor Grievances
Review and vetting of Agreements
