We are looking for an experienced Compliance professional with strong exposure to SEBI AIF / PMS regulations to join our team in GIFT City.
Experience Required:
3+ years of experience in the securities market or financial products
Background in Portfolio Management, Broker-Dealer, Investment Advisory, Wealth Management, Research, or Fund Management
Prior exposure to AIF/PMS/IFSC Compliance will be highly preferred
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate with clients on SEBI AIF/PMS compliance matters
Handle and resolve regulatory and compliance-related queries
Support and coordinate during regulatory inspections and audits
Assist in group-level restructuring and regulatory projects
Ensure ongoing and future regulatory compliance for the organization
Skill Set:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and compliance processes
Must Have IFSC Knowledge.
