Hiring for a knowledgeable and detail-oriented Compliance person to oversee and ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines and internal policies across fintech operations. This mid-senior level role is ideal for someone with 4-6 years of experience in regulatory compliance, preferably within capital markets, fintech, broking, or a SEBI-regulated entity.

CTC - Upto 12 LPA

What Youll Do:

Ensure compliance with SEBI, NSE/BSE, CDSL & AMFI guidelines

Manage AML/PMLA, STR filings, CKYC & FATCA reporting

Handle audits, inspections & regulatory submissions

Draft & update compliance policies and SOPs

What Were Looking For:

Strong knowledge of SEBI & capital markets regulations

Experience in surveillance & regulatory reporting
