Job Responsibilities

• Monitor end-to-end statutory and regulatory compliances across entities.
• Track changes in laws and regulations and update compliance obligations in the Compliance Monitoring System.
• Communicate statutory requirements to stakeholders and resolve compliance-related queries.
• Ensure timely completion of compliances and maintain periodic compliance status reports.
• Manage the Notice Management System and ensure timely response and closure of regulatory notices.
• Conduct periodic legal and compliance audits, track corrective actions, and monitor closure timelines.
• Collect monthly/quarterly compliance certificates and prepare consolidated compliance reports for management.
• Drive compliance awareness initiatives and training programs across the organization.
• Coordinate with Heads of Departments and internal stakeholders to strengthen compliance governance and monitoring.
