Graduate LLB with minimum 5 + years of experience
Should be from relevant Labour law advisory firm
Good writing and speaking skills in English
Reading and speaking skills in additional languages would be added advantage
Any additional course or specialization under labour laws would be added advantage
Should be able to interpret various labour laws and support seniors in query management
Should be strong in drafting notice responses issued by various government departments
High appetite for continuous research through all available means
Shall be responsible for sending timely alerts to customers on various labour legislation changes
Shall be responsible to build FAQ repository on various responses answered
Should be able to meet senior government officials for seeking clarification if required
Should be able to train colleagues or freshers on labour laws
