We assist startups and growing companies in meeting their legal, financial, and compliance requirements efficiently.

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Compliance Intern to support our corporate compliance team. This is a paid internship with a monthly stipend for eligible candidates and is ideal for individuals seeking hands-on exposure to company law compliances, statutory filings, and corporate documentation .

Assist in preparation of Board Resolutions, Shareholder Resolutions, and statutory registers

Support MCA filings (AOC-4, MGT-7, DIR-3 KYC, PAS-3, etc.)

Assist in drafting and maintaining compliance documentation and records

Help track statutory due dates and compliance calendars

Coordinate with internal teams and clients for compliance-related requirements

Support incorporation, amendments, and routine company secretarial work

Maintain proper documentation for audits and regulatory reviews

Basic understanding of Company Law / Corporate Compliance

Strong attention to detail and documentation skills

Good communication and coordination abilities

Bachelors degree (or final-year student) in Commerce, Law, Business Administration, or related fields preferred

Prior exposure to MCA portal or compliance work is an added advantage

Monthly stipend for eligible candidates

Practical exposure to real-world corporate compliance work

Hands-on learning in company law and regulatory filings
