Graduate preferably in BCOM and OR Diploma in Labour Law or MSW
Minimum 3yrs of relevant experience in compliance field
Complete operational knowledge of remittances of statutory compliances of PF, ESIC, PT and LWF preferably for PAN India
Strong knowledge of Provident Fund working process both theorical and practical aspects at the EPFO. Should be able to demonstrate ability to meet and discuss various matters with government officials esp in Provident fund department
Able to interpret laws esp Provident Fund Act and apply learning and experience in notice management
Ability to effectively liase with government officials
Read to travel across all EPFOs in Chandigarh and nearby cities on daily basis and other regions if required
Good writing and speaking skills in both English and Hindi mandatory
Working knowledge of Microsoft tools like MS Work and MS Excel
Having a 2 wheeler is mandatory
