Hiring: Compliance Advisory Banking & Payments | 5+ Years

We are looking for a Compliance Advisory professional to support key banking and payments businesses while ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide compliance advisory for Liabilities, Payments (UPI, AePS, PA/PG), Digital Banking & Third-Party products
- Interpret RBI guidelines and assess impact on products/processes
- Review policies, SOPs, and digital banking frameworks
- Conduct compliance risk assessments & recommend mitigation
- Support audits, regulatory inspections, and reporting
- Act as a key point of contact for compliance queries
Requirements
- CA / MBA / LLB
- 58 years in banking/financial services compliance
- Strong knowledge of RBI regulations & digital/payments ecosystem
- Experience in second line of Bank preferred
