We are looking for a Compensation Specialist to design, manage, and optimize compensation programs across Scry AI. This role is critical in ensuring competitive, equitable, and performance-driven compensation strategies that align with business goals.
Role Overview
As a Compensation Specialist at Scry AI, you will be responsible for managing compensation frameworks, conducting benchmarking, and providing insights to support the total rewards strategy. You will collaborate with HR, finance, and leadership teams to ensure fair and data-driven compensation practices in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
This role is ideal for someone with strong analytical capabilities, experience in compensation design, and a deep understanding of market benchmarking and reward structures.
Key Responsibilities
Compensation Strategy & Design
- Develop and maintain compensation structures, salary bands, and job grading frameworks
- Support the design and implementation of compensation policies and programs
- Align compensation strategies with business objectives and market trends
Benchmarking & Market Analysis
- Conduct market benchmarking using compensation surveys and industry data
- Analyze external competitiveness and internal equity
- Provide insights and recommendations based on compensation trends
Data Analysis & Reporting
- Analyze compensation data, trends, and workforce metrics
- Prepare dashboards, reports, and insights for leadership decision-making
- Support annual salary reviews, promotions, and compensation cycles
Incentives & Total Rewards
- Manage bonus structures, incentive plans, and variable pay programs
- Support the development of total rewards strategies, including benefits and recognition programs
- Evaluate the effectiveness of compensation programs and suggest improvements
Compliance & Governance
- Ensure compliance with compensation policies and regulatory requirements
- Maintain accurate documentation and audit readiness
- Support compensation audits and internal reviews
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Partner with HR business partners, finance, and leadership teams
- Provide guidance on compensation decisions for hiring and internal movements
- Support workforce planning with data-driven compensation insights
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Strong understanding of compensation structures and total rewards frameworks
- Experience with benchmarking tools and compensation surveys
- Proficiency in Excel, HRIS, and data analysis tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
