Job Description
Role: Compensation and Benefits Manager
Experience: 7+
Location: Hyderabad
Fulltime - Onsite
Note: Should have experience in Compensation / Total Rewards, Benefits Manager, Salary Benchmarking, Pay Scale Design, Rewards, etc.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of prior total rewards (both benefits and compensation) experience. Experience operating in a global matrix environment highly preferred
- Bachelors degree or equivalent combination of training and experience.
- CCP, CBP, or GRP desired.
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Experience with CoPilot Studio or other AI agent development tools
- Prior experience with highly Workday preferred but not required.
