Job Description
One of our listed Real Estate Client is looking for Compensation & Benefits (only from Mumbai) to design, implement, and manage the organizations compensation and benefits programs ensuring internal equity, external competitiveness, legal compliance, and alignment with organizational goals. The role involves strategic planning, analytics, and administration of payroll, incentives, and employee welfare programs to attract, retain, and motivate employees effectively.
Offered CTC is 15-20 Lacs per annum
Roles & Responsibilities
1. Compensation Strategy & Structure
2. Payroll & Compliance Management
3. Incentives, Rewards & Recognition
4. Benefits Administration
5. Policy Development & Governance
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws, taxation, and statutory compliance.
- Expertise in compensation analytics, job evaluation, and market benchmarking.
- Proficiency in HRMS / payroll systems (Farvison, SAP, Darwinbox, etc.).
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- High integrity and accuracy in handling sensitive data.
Qualification & Experience:
- Education: MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent.
- Experience: 712 years of relevant experience in Compensation & Benefits management, preferably in multi-site or mid-to-large organizations.
Job Location: Andheri, Mumbai
Working Days: Alternate Saturdays would be off
