Job Description

As a C&B Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our organizations rewards processes are accurate, efficient, and compliant while also managing employee benefits programs effectively. You will be responsible for executing annual performance cycle, merit cycle, promotions, compensation benchmarking, Job evaluation, LTI execution along with supporting the relevant HRBPs on budget planning, ensuring pay equity. Your contribution will directly impact employee satisfaction and organizational success.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Review and manage the organizations remuneration structure and employee benefits, enabling the HR Head to balance cost control with attraction and retention of top industry talent.
  • Own compensation and benefits programs, reward policies, and remuneration practices, including designing new reward initiatives and enhancing existing programs.
  • Conduct formal and informal market surveys to analyze industry compensation and benefits practices, and proactively share insights on market trends.
  • Perform periodic job evaluations to ensure internal pay parity across roles and support related organizational changes while managing employee perception.
  • Lead core cyclical reward activities, including annual salary reviews, merit increases, promotions, and bonus payouts.
  • Anchor the performance management process for the Regional Office in Dubai.
  • Stay current on UAE rewards, payroll, benefits, tax, and labor regulations, ensuring full compliance with statutory and reporting requirements.
  • Act as a second-level point of contact for employee queries related to compensation and benefits.
  • Develop manpower plans aligned with the Annual Business Plan (ABP).
  • Prepare detailed general expense build-ups for people-related costs, accounting for approximately 80% of total annual general expenses.
  • Track and analyze monthly budget versus actuals, driving cost control and efficiency initiatives.


Qualifications:

  • MBA - HR with minimum 8+ years of overall experience with 4+ years of experience in rewards in middle east.
  • You possess strong understanding of rewards principles, tax regulations, and benefits programs.
  • You attention to detail is excellent and are able to handle confidential information with integrity.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills complement your profile, as do effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • You can work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluent in English and navigate internationally with confidence.
