Job Description

Key Responsibilities:


  • Support deployment and continuous improvement of the Performance Management System.
  • Work closely with HRBPs to define and streamline KRAs and KPIs for employees.
  • Assist in compensation and benefits related activities and HR operations.
  • Conduct data analysis and prepare reports as required.
  • Assess existing HR workflows, identify inconsistencies, and suggest improvement areas.
  • Maintain and manage HR data with high accuracy and confidentiality.

Required Skills:

  • Mandatory Proficiency in MS Excel required (advanced formulas, data analysis, reporting).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Background or prior exposure to HRBP/HR Operations role is preferable.
  • Location: Mumbai, Lower Parel
  • Duration: 3 Months
  • Education: MBA in HR
  • Relevant Experience candidate with 1-2 years of experience can also apply
