Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Support deployment and continuous improvement of the Performance Management System.
- Work closely with HRBPs to define and streamline KRAs and KPIs for employees.
- Assist in compensation and benefits related activities and HR operations.
- Conduct data analysis and prepare reports as required.
- Assess existing HR workflows, identify inconsistencies, and suggest improvement areas.
- Maintain and manage HR data with high accuracy and confidentiality.
Required Skills:
- Mandatory Proficiency in MS Excel required (advanced formulas, data analysis, reporting).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Background or prior exposure to HRBP/HR Operations role is preferable.
- Location: Mumbai, Lower Parel
- Duration: 3 Months
- Education: MBA in HR
- Relevant Experience candidate with 1-2 years of experience can also apply
