Compensation Analyst Global CoE (Hybrid, Mumbai)

Randstad is hiring for a Compensation Analyst on behalf of a global Fortune 500 leader in the consumer goods/food manufacturing sector. This hybrid role, based in Mumbai-Ventura, supports the Global Consulting CoE and reports to the Compensation Leader.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide analytical support to Senior Compensation Consultant for global cycles such as APR, Competitive Reviews, and P&O Reviews.
• Conduct job evaluations, manage ServiceNow requests, and ensure accurate updates in systems like MarketPay.
• Perform market analysis, prepare reports, and support compensation benchmarking.
• Analyze compensation data, build models, and support cost forecasting.
• Ensure compliance with compensation-related regulations and assist with compensation projects.

Requirements:

• 57 years of experience in Compensation or related HR functions, with exposure to job evaluations.
• Bachelors degree in HR, Business, or related field.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel and compensation tools (MarketPay preferred).
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and attention to detail.
