Job Description

Job Title: Compensation Analyst (APAC)

Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka

Role Summary:

Serve as the APAC compensation specialist, managing pay programs, salary planning, job architecture, and rewards initiatives to ensure competitiveness and compliance across multiple countries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as primary compensation contact for HR and business leaders.
  • Lead annual compensation planning in Workday, including configuration, testing, and payroll coordination.
  • Maintain job architecture and salary structures for internal equity and market competitiveness.
  • Conduct salary surveys, analyze market data, and deliver insights to leadership.
  • Manage global Rewards & Recognition programs and benefits-in-kind.
  • Ensure data integrity and reporting in Workday with HRIS collaboration.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in HR, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • 78 years experience in compensation/HR within APAC.
  • Strong analytics, survey tools, job evaluation (WTW GGS), Excel & PowerPoint skills.
  • Preferred: Workday experience, project management, excellent communication skills.
