Our client a leading Industrial group is looking to hire a mid-level qualified Company Secretary (710 years PQE) for their Food & Beverage business vertical.
Key requirements:
Working knowledge of FDI / FEMA
Exposure to PE / VC funds (preferred)
IPO / Pre-IPO experience (mandatory)
Strong experience with SEBI, LODR & Companies Act compliance
Background with listed / public companies
