Company Secretary
Location - Mumbai (Hybrid)
Experience Range - 3+ yrs
Qualification - Company Secretary (CS)
Mandatory Requirement:
- Candidate has to work closely with the Founder, driving strategic initiatives, supporting investment decisions, and ensuring seamless execution across business priorities.
- This role requires a strong understanding of fund management, investment strategies, and financial markets.
Job Roles and Responsibilities:
- Partner with the Founder on strategic planning and execution of key business initiatives
- Support investment strategy, fund management activities, and portfolio analysis
- Drive cross-functional coordination and ensure timely delivery of high-impact projects
- Prepare investment notes, presentations, and MIS reports for internal and external stakeholders
- Assist in decision-making through data analysis, market research, and financial modeling
- Manage stakeholder communication including investors, partners, and internal teams
Qualification and Experience:
- Qualified Company Secretary (CS)
- 3+ years of experience in fund management, investment firms, or financial market entities (FME background preferred)
- Strong understanding of investment strategies, financial markets, and portfolio management
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in AIFs, PMS, or wealth management firms
- Strong proficiency in financial analysis, MS Excel, and presentations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, founder-driven environment
