Company Secretary

This is a full-time on-site position for a Company Secretary located in Bengaluru. The Company Secretary will ensure compliance with statutory regulations and corporate governance requirements. Responsibilities include drafting and reviewing legal documents, managing company records, facilitating communication between the board of directors and stakeholders, organizing board meetings, filing regulatory documents, and guiding the organization on legal and regulatory matters pertinent to the hospitality industry.

• Expertise in corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and legal drafting
• Strong skills in maintaining company records, handling filings, and managing secretarial activities
• Proficiency in communication and relationship management with board members, regulatory authorities, and other stakeholders
• Capacity to organize and manage meetings, prepare minutes, and oversee statutory documentation
• Knowledge of hospitality industry regulations and corporate law is an advantage
• Academic qualifications: Company Secretary qualification and a degree in law or related field preferred
• Strong attention to detail, analytical abilities, and organizational skills
