Job Description :

We are looking for a seasoned Company Secretary & Compliance professional to lead regulatory compliance functions with a strong focus on RBI regulations and corporate governance. The role requires strategic oversight, proactive risk management, and the ability to drive compliance excellence while supporting business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end RBI and regulatory compliance framework, ensuring strict adherence to applicable laws and guidelines

• Interpret regulatory changes and proactively implement compliance strategies

• Oversee statutory filings, reporting, and regulatory documentation within timelines

• Establish and strengthen internal compliance controls, systems, and governance practices

• Act as a key liaison with regulators, auditors, consultants, and senior stakeholders

• Support regulatory audits, inspections, and internal reviews with effective representation

• Draft and review policies, compliance frameworks, and governance documentation

• Provide advisory support to management on compliance risks and mitigation strategies

• Drive a culture of compliance awareness and best practices across the organization
