We specialize in providing end-to-end financial governance, regulatory compliance, legal drafting, bookkeeping, and fundraising support to companies across multiple sectors including NBFCs, Manufacturing, Healthcare, Digital Agencies, E-commerce, and Technology.
We are expanding our Compliance & Secretarial Division and are looking for a dedicated Semi-Qualified Company Secretary to join our Kozhikode office.

Role Overview
The Semi-Qualified CS will support our senior team in managing secretarial compliance, corporate governance, annual filings, and client-related company law matters.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in preparation and filing of MCA forms (AOC-4, MGT-7, PAS-3, DIR-12, etc.).
Support in drafting resolutions, minutes, notices, agreements, and secretarial documents.
Maintain statutory registers and ensure ROC compliance for clients.
Assist in incorporation of Companies/LLPs and other business registrations.
Coordinate with clients for timely collection of data and ensure compliance schedules are met.
Support in due diligence, share allotments, share transfers, and related secretarial work.
Assist in FEMA compliance, annual returns, and related documentation.

Desired Candidate Profile
Semi-Qualified Company Secretary (Passed Executive).
13 years of experience in a Company Secretary firm or compliance role (preferred).
Strong understanding of Companies Act, 2013 and ROC compliance.
Good drafting skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines.
Proactive, disciplined, and committed to high-quality work.

Salary Rs. 25000 per month
