Company Secretary (PCS Firm Experience Required)

Location: Sector 67, Gurgaon (Work from Office)

Finaurt is looking for an experienced Company Secretary who has strong practical exposure in handling MCA/ROC compliances and has worked in a PCS firm environment. We are seeking a responsible professional who can manage compliance work independently while also coordinating with the team and handling volume efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Handling ROC / MCA compliances for multiple entities

Managing annual compliances such as AOC-4, MGT-7 and other statutory filings

Handling event-based compliances including DIR filings, share transfers, appointment / resignation of directors, etc.

Maintaining statutory registers and compliance records

Coordinating with clients for documentation and compliance requirements

Managing compliance timelines and ensuring timely filings

Supporting internal team members and managing workflow where required

Who Should Apply:

Qualified Company Secretary (CS)

Minimum 2 years of experience working in a PCS firm

Strong hands-on experience in ROC / MCA filings and Companies Act compliances

Ability to manage multiple clients and compliance deadlines

Responsible, organised and detail-oriented professional

Experience in handling team or managing compliance volume will be preferred
