This is a full-time, on-site role for a Company Secretary at our office in Gurugram. The Company Secretary will be responsible for ensuring the organization complies with regulatory and statutory obligations, maintaining corporate records, and providing legal support to internal teams. Additional responsibilities include organizing and managing board and shareholder meetings, communicating with stakeholders, and drafting legal documents, policies, and filings as required. The Company Secretary will play a critical role in ensuring governance and compliance for the organization.

Qualifications

• Expertise in corporate governance, statutory compliance, and regulatory requirements.
• Skills in legal documentation, contract management, and conducting due diligence processes.
• Proficiency in conducting and documenting board and shareholder meetings, maintaining corporate records, and managing filings.
• Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills to effectively work with stakeholders and coordinate with internal teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to ensure compliance with financial regulations and legal frameworks.
• Proficient in legal and financial software tools, with working knowledge of applicable laws and regulations in the financial sector.
• Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) membership is mandatory.
• Minimum 2-5 years of relevant experience, preferably in a similar role within the financial services or NBFC sector.
• Bachelor's degree in Law, Commerce, or a related field; an additional qualification in finance is advantageous.
