Role Summary:

Role Responsibility:

Responsible for heading operations of the plant and driving safety, quality and productivity initiatives in operations.

Key Secretarial Meetings, Filings, Records and Other Compliances:

Organize and facilitate Board, Committee, and Shareholders meetings, including drafting of agendas,

resolutions, and minutes

Manage statutory filings with ROC, MCA and Stock Exchanges in a timely manner

Handle listing compliances with respect to Debt and Commercial Papers

Maintain and update statutory registers, minutes books, and secretarial records

Co-ordinate with Secretarial Auditors, Statutory Auditors, Cost Auditors and Internal Auditors with

respect to secretarial matters

Statutory Compliance & Governance

Assisting in compliance with FSSAI, FEMA, and other dairy-specific regulations

Support the Legal Head in implementing governance frameworks across the dairy vertical

Internal Coordination & Reporting

Collaborate with Finance, HR, and Operations teams for cross-functional compliance

Handle all secretarial compliances applicable to the Company and also assignments as directed by the

Group Secretarial, in a timely manner

Support internal audits and risk assessments related to governance and compliance

Assist in policy formulation and implementation across the dairy business

Qualifications & Experience

Qualified Company Secretary (CS) from ICSI

Bachelor's or Masters degree in Law and Commerce

Updated knowledge of Company Law, SEBI Regulations, filings with the Registrar of Companies

(ROC) and Stock Exchange filings, including Debt listing, listing of Commercial Papers & mergers

and acquisitions

8 to 10 years of post-qualification experience

Experience working in a multi-entity corporate structure is preferred required.
