Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in New Delhi for a dedicated and detail-oriented Company Secretary. The Company Secretary will be responsible for ensuring corporate governance and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, managing board and committee meetings, maintaining statutory registers and records, and handling correspondence with stakeholders and regulatory bodies. Additionally, the role involves advising the organization on compliance issues, drafting legal documents, and supporting the senior management with corporate decision-making processes.

Qualifications

• Comprehensive knowledge of corporate governance regulations, statutory compliance, and legal frameworks
• Proficiency in drafting, reviewing, and maintaining corporate documentation, including meeting minutes and regulatory filings
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with internal and external stakeholders
• Familiarity with using digital tools for office management and compliance tracking
• Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field; Company Secretary (CS) qualification is mandatory
• Experience with logistics or technology-driven organizations is a plus
• Exceptional communication, meticulous attention to detail, high ethical standards, and proficiency in handling confidential information.
