Key Responsibilities:-

1. Ensure compliance with all provisions of the Companies Act, 2013, SEBI Regulations (LODR), and other applicable laws.
2. Key participant in the IPO end-to-endprocess of the Company, preparation of documents, and coordinating with various teams involved in the IPO process.
3. Maintain statutory registers and records; oversee regular filings with MCA and ROC.
4. Draft agendas, resolutions, minutes, and related documentation for board, committee, and shareholder meetings.
5. Ensure timely filing of forms such as MGT-7, AOC-4, DIR-3 KYC, PAS-6, etc.
6. Manage corporate governance processes and act as liaison with legal advisors, auditors, and government bodies.
7. Handle issuance and transfer of shares, maintain shareholding records.
8. Support directors with regulatory interpretations and ensure timely compliance with Secretarial Standards (SS-1, SS-2).
9. Coordinate Convene Board/Committee and General Meetings (AGM & EGM)annual general meetings (AGM) and board meetings, including e-voting processes if required.

Additional-

Preferable experience : Experience in IPOs, listed company experience

Act as a Company Secretary and Compliance Officer.

Liasewith the promoter to set up policies andcorporate governance
