What Youll Do

Act as a Company Secretary within the Astranova Group

Oversee the Secretarial compliances of the entities under the Group including

conducting the Board and General Meetings

Act as a bridge between the Company and the Lenders to ensure timely and

accurate reporting around Financial and Reporting covenants

Develop and implement an effective Compliance program

Evaluate new circulars/ notices/ regulations issued by the regulatory bodies and

ensure compliance around the same

Handle correspondence, collate information, write reports and communicate

decisions to relevant company stakeholders

Liaise with the Investors, Board Members, Trustees, Fund managers and other

relevant stakeholders

Lead the Fund raise activities from Compliance standpoint

We are looking for an Company Secretarial professional with 3+ years of experience in

the relevant field. Candidates with work experience in the Financial Services/ Fintech

sector will be preferred.
