Company Secretary - Article (CS Article)

WEChartered Consultancy Pvt. Ltd. is a multidisciplinary professional services firm providing end-to-end solutions in Corporate Compliance, Secretarial Services, Legal Advisory, and Business Consulting to startups, SMEs, and corporates.

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented CS Article to support our Secretarial and Compliance team. The role offers hands-on exposure to corporate laws, regulatory compliance, and secretarial practices under the Companies Act and allied laws.

• Assisting in preparation and filing of statutory forms and returns under the Companies Act, 2013
• Supporting compliance work related to ROC, MCA, and other regulatory authorities
• Drafting notices, agendas, minutes of Board Meetings, Committee Meetings, and General Meetings
• Assisting in incorporation of companies, LLPs, and other entities
• Maintaining statutory registers and records
• Assisting in secretarial audits and due diligence exercises
• Supporting senior professionals in advisory and compliance assignments
• Coordinating with clients for collection of documents and compliance follow-ups

• Pursuing CS (Company Secretary) Executive / Professional Programme
• Articleship registration as per ICSI norms
• Basic understanding of Company Law and Secretarial Standards
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Good drafting and communication skills
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a professional environment

• Knowledge of MCA portal and ROC filings
• Attention to detail and compliance orientation
• Ability to handle multiple assignments and meet deadlines
• Professional ethics and confidentiality

• As per ICSI norms and company policy
• Duration: As prescribed by ICSI
