Role Description

We are seeking a full-time, on-site Company Secretary to join our team in Mumbai. The Company Secretary will manage company governance and compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements, maintain proper corporate records, and ensure the group follows industry best practices. Key responsibilities include organizing board meetings, maintaining corporate documentation, drafting legal contracts, coordinating with regulatory authorities, and supporting teams with strategic planning and decision-making processes. The role involves ensuring smooth operations through meticulous documentation and compliance management.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of corporate laws, regulatory compliance, and secretarial practices
• Proficient in document preparation, drafting contracts, and maintaining statutory records
• Excellent organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities
• Proficiency in using office software including Microsoft Office
• Relevant qualifications such as CS (Company Secretary) certification or an equivalent professional degree
• Experience working within the fashion or design industry is an added advantage
