Company Secretary AIF Category I (SEBI Regulated)

Mumbai | 23 Years Experience | Immediate Joiner

We are hiring a Company Secretary (ACS) with hands-on experience in AIF Category I compliance,

corporate governance, and depository operations. The ideal candidate will independently manage

SEBI, MCA, taxation coordination, investor documentation, and demat-related processes end to end.

Key Responsibilities :

Manage SEBI AIF Category I & 2 compliance, regulatory reporting, and statutory filings.

Handle periodic submissions including QAR, QCR, FLA, 61B FATCA, 64D, and other SEBI/MCA/IT

filings.

Oversee dematerialisation of AIF units from both startup and investor sides.

Coordinate with NDML, NSDL, and CDSL for KYC, unit allotment, ISIN creation, and compliance

updates.

Manage ISIN creation, CDSL linkages, unit transfers from escrow, and corporate actions.

Assist in payments, reconciliations, investor servicing, and related compliance activities.

Maintain and oversee documentation for compliance, demat operations, and investor onboarding.

Support fund accounting teams with TDS filings, drawdowns, distributions, and investor-level

reports.

Maintain accurate records, minutes, resolutions, statutory registers, and ensure governance

compliance.

Requirements :

Qualified Company Secretary (ACS)

23 years of experience in AIF operations, compliance, or depository processes

Strong understanding of AIF Category I regulations, Companies Act, and MCA filings

Experience with NDML portal, NSDL/CDSL operations, ISIN workflows, and demat processes

Strong documentation, communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
