Position: Company Secretarial Executive
Location: Nungambakkam, Chennai (Onsite)
Experience: Minimum 1 Year of work experience / Internship
Qualification: B.com CS / Semi-Qualified Company Secretary (CS)
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: Rs. 15,000 - Rs.25,000
About the Role
We are looking for a professional with hands-on experience in company formation and ROC-related activities . The ideal candidate should be well-versed in incorporation procedures and statutory compliance requirements under the Companies Act.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle company incorporation processes (SPICe+, RUN, DIN, DSC, MoA, AoA).
- Prepare and file ROC forms and ensure timely statutory submissions.
- Assist in drafting board resolutions, notices, minutes , and other compliance documents.
- Manage name approval , amendments, and related ROC filings.
- Maintain statutory registers and ensure documentation accuracy.
- Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and authorities for smooth company formation.
- Support compliance audits and assist in regulatory reporting.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong understanding of Companies Act, 2013 and ROC procedures.
- Experience with MCA portal and online filing.
- Good drafting skills for corporate documents.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines.
- Strong communication skills (verbal & written).
- Effective team management skills with the ability to coordinate tasks and ensure smooth workflow.
