Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Company Administrator located in Noida. The Company Administrator will oversee daily administrative operations, manage office processes, and ensure smooth coordination among teams. Responsibilities include maintaining records, scheduling meetings, handling communication with clients and stakeholders, and supervising support staff. The role involves streamlining workflows to enhance productivity and efficiency while providing support for organizational decision-making processes.
Qualifications
- Administrative and organizational skills, including record management, meeting coordination, and general office operations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients, employees, and stakeholders
- Proficiency in multitasking, problem-solving, and handling day-to-day operational challenges
- Basic knowledge of IT and digital tools to support workflow automation and efficiency
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
- Previous experience in an administrative or supervisory role is a plus
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
