Job Description

The Community Manager will be responsible for building, engaging, and nurturing our communities. The role involves creating engagement strategies, managing communication, and fostering a sense of belonging and growth within each community.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute community engagement plans for all communities.
  • Build meaningful relationships with members to increase participation and retention.
  • Manage day-to-day interactions, discussions, and engagement in community groups (WhatsApp, LinkedIn, email, etc.).
  • Plan and coordinate community activities such as webinars, meetups, discussions, and spotlight features.
  • Curate and share relevant content to keep communities active and valuable.
  • Work closely with marketing and content teams to amplify community stories and events.
  • Identify ambassadors, influencers, and active members to drive deeper engagement.
  • Track community metrics and prepare monthly engagement reports.
  • Handle feedback, queries, and ensure a safe, respectful community environment.

Requirements

  • 25 years of experience in community management, social media, or member engagement roles.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple communities simultaneously.
  • Experience with community platforms (WhatsApp, Telegram, LinkedIn Groups, Circle, etc.).
  • Creative mindset with a passion for women-centric and professional communities.
  • Strong organisational skills and comfort with hosting virtual or physical events.
