About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Community Specialist- Reddit Specialist to manage and grow our brand presence across Reddit and Quora. This role focuses on engagement, reputation management, and building trust through proactive community participation.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage brand accounts across Reddit and Quora communities.
• Engage in conversations, respond to queries, and build relationships with users and moderators.
• Monitor brand mentions and proactively manage reputation.
• Identify trends, risks, and opportunities within communities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align messaging and campaigns.
• Track engagement metrics and provide performance insights.

Requirements

• Experience managing brand accounts on Reddit and/or Quora.
• Strong understanding of community behavior and moderation dynamics.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to show proof of work, case studies, or references.
