What youll do:

• Plan, ideate, and run campaigns acrosssocial media, WhatsApp, and email marketingfrom start to finish.
• Manage responses, engage with the community, and make sure every interaction feels personal and meaningful.
• Analyze campaign data, figure out what works (and what doesnt!), and tweak campaigns for maximum impact.
• Work with different teams to make sure campaigns and communications are smooth and aligned.
• Use tools and techniques likeretargeting campaignsto reach the right people at the right time.
• Keep an eye on the overall health of the community and find creative ways to make it more interactive and vibrant.

What were looking for:

• Youve run campaigns before and can handle them end-to-end.
• Youre comfortable with social media, WhatsApp, email marketing, and community platforms.
• You can analyze numbers and turn them into actionable insights.
• Youre organized, proactive, and love getting things done.
• Bonus points if youve used retargeting and other marketing tools to optimize campaigns.
