Key Responsibilities:

Proactively reach out to potential attendees via outbound cold calls/ Inbound calls introducing them to community events and encouraging them to join for shared learning and growth
Consistently achieve daily and monthly targets for call volume and conversions
Maintain timely follow-ups with leads to boost conversion rates and ensure registration goals are met
Conduct research to discover new prospects through online communities, social media and networking platforms
Maintain a high NPS (Net Promoter Score) rating by ensuring a positive, engaging and value-driven experience for every prospect

Community Outreach Specialist
