At WorkWall, we're building a talent marketplace powered by strong contractor communities.

We're looking for a Community Manager who has built communities before and is excited to scale a pan-India contractor ecosystem - working closely with founders and travelling across India to build real connections on ground.

What you'll do:

• Build and scale a nationwide contractor community
• Drive onboarding, engagement, and retention
• Run community programs, meetups, and initiatives
• Be the voice of contractors internally

What we're looking for:

• 4+ years of community-building experience
• Proven experience building communities (any domain)
• Startup experience and willingness to travel extensively
