The Role: Community Manager

As our Community Manager, you will be at the heart of building, nurturing, and growing an authentic parent community - primarily moms in the early stages of motherhood - across WhatsApp, Facebook, and offline touchpoints. You will scale our thriving "Yes Moms and Dads" community of 17K members, empowering parents to bring clean, honest food to their childs plate.

WHAT YOU WILL DO?

• Platform Leadership: Manage and grow Slurrp Farms parent communities across WhatsApp and Facebook.
• Daily Engagement: Oversee conversations across community platforms, engaging moms through prompts, polls, and discussions to ensure a supportive and informative experience.
• Growth & Advocacy: Organically grow the community and onboard brand ambassadors who share our mission.
• Expert Integration: Identify and collaborate with nutritionists, pediatricians, and parenting experts to provide value to our members.
• Events & Workshops: Organize expert sessions, AMAs, workshops, and offline meetups to foster engagement and showcase brand values.
• Strategic Partnerships: Identify and establish partnerships with aligned organizations (e.g., preschools, parenting groups) to drive brand awareness.
• Insight Loop: Analyze member feedback and metrics to provide insights to the marketing and product teams, shaping future community-related initiatives and product offerings.

• You believe community comes before campaigns and are excited about parenting, nutrition, and purpose-led brands.
• You are a strategic thinker with a natural knack for networking and cultivating partnerships.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

• Proven Experience: Prior work experience as a Community Manager, including launching community initiatives or ambassador programs.
• Platform Expertise: Proficiency with social media platforms and community management tools; specific experience with WhatsApp communities is a major plus.
• Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Collaboration: Strong ability to work with experts, influencers, and organizational partners.
