We're Hiring: Community Manager (Full-Time )

Location: Bengaluru (HSR Layout / nearby)

Mackly is building more than just high-performance sportswear for kids - we're building a movement-led community of young athletes and sports-loving families.

We're looking for a Community Manager & Social Media Enthusiast (0-3 years experience) who lives and breathes pop culture, sport, and community building.

If you love bringing people together, thinking creatively, and turning online conversations into real-world energy - this one's for you.

What you'll do:

Build and grow an active Mackly PlayTribe community of young athletes and parents

Manage and engage communities across platforms like WhatsApp groups & broadcast channels

Act as the bridge between our Social Media Marketing agency and internal marketing team

Attend and actively participate in all Mackly offline activations

Take initiative in conceptualising and executing offline community experiences

Constantly think ahead - ideas, trends, engagement, culture (your thinking hat stays ON)

Who we're looking for:

0-3 years of experience in community management / social media / content / brand marketing

Deep understanding of today's youth culture, pop trends, and sports ecosystem

Strong communication skills - online and offline

Proactive, organised, and excited to build something from the ground up

Comfortable working from our Bengaluru office
