About the Role

Were looking for a Community Manager Creator Success who can motivate, educate, and empower creators daily and lead the complete growth engine for our new-to-affiliate creator pipeline.

Responsibilities

Community & Communication

• Manage our creator WhatsApp communities with engaging daily communication
• Share creator wins, app updates, content ideas & motivational stories
• Respond to creators in real-time and maintain an energetic, positive community culture
• Build strong 1:1 relationships with creators and host regular grooming calls

Creator Performance & Data

• Track creator issues and insights in a structured, data-driven format

Use basic Excel formulas (SUMIF, VLOOKUP, pivot tables, filters) to analyse performance

Identify high-quality creators based on metrics: engagement, consistency, GMV, ROI, content quality

Webinar Strategy & Execution

• Create a monthly webinar strategy: content themes, guest speakers, brand partners, topics
• Host webinars & training sessions for creators to improve:

content quality

sales performance

understanding of brand briefs

use of LehLah tools/features

• Support brand webinar integration (brand learning sessions, Q&As, etc.)

Contest Strategy & Community Motivation

• Build and execute creator contest strategies that improve:

daily content creation

conversions & GMV

new creator participation

• Track performance during contests & motivate creators with reminders, tips & case studies

New-to-Affiliate Growth Lead (One of the most important responsibilities)

• Own the strategy and execution to grow new affiliate creators for LehLah
• Identify rising creators daily through data
• Build onboarding journeys, motivation systems, and education flows with the product team
• Work closely with internal teams to improve creator activation & first-30-day success

• Brand Collaboration & Representation
• Work closely with brand managers on creator-facing campaigns
• Represent LehLah in events, social content, webinars, brand meets & podcasts
• Become the face of the LehLah creator community

What Were Looking For

• Excellent English & Hindi communication (energetic + clear)
• High energy, empathy, and confidence when speaking to creators
• Experience in influencer marketing / creator ecosystem
• Comfortable being on camera (webinars, content, podcasts)
• Strong with basic Excel + data-driven thinking
• Creativity in contests, webinars & community engagement
• Hunger to learn, grow fast, and go the extra mile
• Bonus: Regional languages or platform-side creator experience
