Community Manager

Position summary-

As a Community Manager, you will be a vital part of our member-facing team, working to enhance the LWL community experience. Your role will involve driving member engagement, facilitating local events, and building strong relationships to ensure member satisfaction and retention.

Key Responsibilities-

1. Build relationships and drive member engagement for retention and growth.
2. Support Programming team with seamless participation of members at LWL curated monthly events, on-ground support in engaging with members.
3. Manage RSVPs, invitations, and facilitate meaningful member interactions.
4. Track and achieve OKRs focused on member satisfaction, retention, engagement, and referrals.
5. Act as a bridge between members and internal teams, gathering feedback to improve initiatives.
6. Stay updated on industry trends to maintain LWLs leadership in womens networking.
7. Maintaining existing member groups and contributing in building more groups which are beneficial for engaging members.
8. You will be a part of the key leadership team and building the community.

What You Bring-

1. 6-8 years in luxury retail, hospitality, media or having relevant experience in community management.
2. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
3. Ability to analyse community metrics and data to identify opportunities for growth and engagement.
4. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with a proactive, solutions- focused mindset.
5. Event planning experience with a knack for creating tailored, impactful experiences.
