Role Overview

Were looking for a Product Manager - Community to lead our program communities, drive engagement, and build thriving ecosystems that deliver business growth and social impact. This role sits at the heart of our mission combining creativity, leadership, and strategic thinking to design meaningful experiences, scale communities, and strengthen corporate and social partnerships.


Key Responsibilities

Community Leadership: Build and manage multiple program-based communities through engaging sessions, activities, and events.

Engagement & Content Strategy: Launch contests, challenges, and user-driven initiatives to keep communities active and connected.

Event Management: Plan and execute both virtual and offline events, including formats tailored for corporate clients and partners.

Revenue & Growth: Unlock new monetization opportunities through premium content, paid events, and strategic collaborations.

Sponsorships: Drive sponsorships and partnerships via corporates, CSR programs, and philanthropic initiatives.

Volunteer Network: Build and lead a volunteer base to support community activities and events.

Corporate Partnerships: Design and deliver impactful proposals and programs for corporate clients.

Content & Communication: Oversee blogs, newsletters, social media, and app-based engagement in collaboration with content and tech teams.

Data & Technology: Use community apps, CRMs, and dashboards to track engagement and optimize initiatives.

Team Leadership: Mentor and lead a team of 45 (community managers, event coordinators, and content creators) to deliver on KPIs.


What Were Looking For

56 years of experience in community management, event management, or partnerships.

Proven track record of driving revenue and engagement through community initiatives.

Strong communication, storytelling, and interpersonal skills.

Hands-on experience with CRM tools and community platforms.

Ability to manage multiple projects while leading small teams.

High energy, self-driven, and passionate about building impactful communities.
