Community Manager

We're looking for a passionate Community Manager to own and grow our vibrant ecosystem in the Noida NCR region. If you're a natural connector who loves hosting events, building networks, and driving outreach in edtech/HR space this is your chance to shape how talent gets discovered and developed in one of India's fastest-growing hubs.

What You'll Do

• Conduct targeted outreach to HR leaders and enterprises in NCR to introduce GrowQR.
• Build partnerships with colleges/universities (e.g., in Greater Noida, Noida, Delhi) to integrate GrowQR for student upskilling, credential verification, and campus placements.
• Engage students and job seekers via campus drives, social campaigns, webinars, and direct interactions
• Plan and host high-energy in-office gatherings quarterly (workshops, mixers, skill-sharing sessions for 2050 attendees) to spark collaborations and generate leads.
• Grow and nurture our NCR community to activate members through LinkedIn, WhatsApp groups, X, Instagram, and offline touchpoints.
• Create engaging content (posts, threads, stories) highlighting skill trends, success stories, and AI in talent readiness.
• Track key metrics (connections, event RSVPs, sign-ups, engagement) and share monthly growth reports with the team.

Who We're Looking For

• 2+ years of experience in community management, campus outreach, events, or business development (edtech, HR tech, startup, or student engagement preferred).
• Strong existing network/connections in Noida NCR colleges, HR groups, startups, student communities.
• Excellent communicator (fluent in English + Hindi a big plus) with comfort using LinkedIn, Google Workspace, WhatsApp, etc.
• Proactive, empathetic, and relationship-driven you thrive on turning strangers into advocates.
• Bachelor's degree (any field); bonus if you're familiar with AI tools, upskilling platforms or talent tech.
• Based in or willing to commute regularly to Noida for events and office presence.
