About the Role

We're looking for a passionate Community Manager to own and grow our vibrant ecosystem in the Noida NCR region. If you're a natural connector who loves hosting events, building networks, and driving outreach in edtech/HR space this is your chance to shape how talent gets discovered and developed in one of India's fastest-growing hubs.

Key Responsibilities

Outreach

• Reach out to 50+ HR leaders and enterprises across NCR to introduce Q-Score as a faster, data-driven approach to hiring decisions.
• Establish partnerships with 20+ colleges and universities across Greater Noida, Noida, and Delhi to implement GrowQR for student upskilling, credential verification, and campus recruitment.
• Drive engagement with students and job seekers through campus activations, social media campaigns, webinars, and direct outreach, targeting 200+ active sign-ups every quarter.
• Organize 4 to 6 dynamic in-office meetups each quarter, including workshops, networking mixers, and skill-sharing sessions for 2050 participants to encourage collaboration and generate leads.
• Expand and actively manage the NCR community to 1,000+ members across LinkedIn, WhatsApp, X, Instagram, and offline engagement channels.
• Develop and publish engaging content such as posts, threads, and stories that spotlight skill trends, Q-Score success stories, and the role of AI in workforce readiness.
• Monitor key performance metrics including new connections, event registrations, sign-ups, and engagement, and present monthly growth reports to the team.

Public Relations (Optional)

• Build and maintain relationships with media professionals, journalists, and industry stakeholders
• Plan and execute press releases, brand announcements, and media outreach
• Identify opportunities for brand visibility through partnerships, industry events, and networking forums
• Track PR coverage and maintain media relationship database

Offline Community Building

• Represent GrowQR at events, exhibitions, meetups, and partner activations
• Interact with attendees, explain product offerings, and build meaningful relationships
• Gather on-ground insights, feedback, and user sentiment
• Build and nurture a strong network of customers, partners, and brand advocates
• Coordinate with internal teams to translate field insights into strategy

Brand Representation

• Maintain a consistent and professional brand voice during public interactions
• Support leadership presence at events and networking opportunities
• Strengthen brand credibility through relationship-driven engagement

Events & Partnerships

• Identify relevant industry events and participation opportunities
• Support planning and execution of brand presence at offline activations
• Manage partner and stakeholder communication during events

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in community management, campus outreach, events, or business development (edtech, HR tech, startup, or student engagement preferred).
• Strong existing network/connections in Noida NCR colleges, HR groups, startups, student communities.
• Excellent communicator (fluent in English + Hindi a big plus) with comfort using LinkedIn, Google Workspace, WhatsApp, etc.
• Proactive, empathetic, and relationship-driven you thrive on turning strangers into advocates.
• Bachelor's degree (any field); bonus if you're familiar with AI tools, upskilling platforms, blockchain credentials, or talent tech.
• Based in or willing to commute regularly to Noida for events and office presence.
